- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Waterfall where applicable.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system implementation processes.
- Hands-on experience with project and requirement management tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining BRD, FRD, and implementation documentation.
- Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools to support requirement visualization.
- Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and experience or willingness to use AI tools to enhance Business Analysis activities
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a continuous learning attitude.
