About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate the developer team by analyzing requirements and distributing tasks
2. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
3. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
4. Encourage and guide end users to adopt and effectively use software features
5. Conduct user walkthroughs, demos, and basic training sessions
6. Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and issue validation
7. Use basic debugging tools (browser dev tools, logs, Postman) to analyze issues
8. Work with APIs and integrations at a functional level
9. Use basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
10. Work in Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello
