Job description for Staff Business Analyst, Blackbaud Luminate
Business Analysts (BAs) play a crucial role in helping clients leverage our platforms to raise money and stay connected with their constituents. This position is for the Luminate Online services team at Blackbaud, which serves a wide range of non-profits/NGOs.
This position will be staffed by BB India and will provide support to US-based services staff.
Responsibilities
Learn the Luminate Online platform and become expert in its features and functionality
Perform Luminate Online system configurations for clients, during implementations or ongoing as part of normal fundraising activities
Execute scheduled tasks for clients, e.g. sending email campaigns, preparing reports, updating content for web pages or emails
Conduct quality control tests for both standard and custom functionality
Assist senior Business Analysts as part of services engagements
Write documentation for internal and client consumption
Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of online fundraising, ideally in the space of NGO/non-profit organizations
- At least 1 year of full-time professional experience
- Excellent written English
- Comfortable to work in EST hours
Technical aptitude for learning software applications
Basic understanding HTML, CSS, Javascript – but no need to be a developer.
Must be self-motivated and able to learn and work independently
Ability to multitask on concurrent projects, and deliver work on time on deadlines agreed to with clients
Expected shift: US hours (ET)
