Project description
We are seeking three Cloud Engineers to join POD4, focusing on the large-scale automation and standardization of cloud infrastructure across a multi-cloud environment. You will play a pivotal role in enabling Business Units (BUs) to adopt modern deployment patterns, moving away from manual configurations toward fully automated, scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) models in both AWS and Azure.
Responsibilities
IaC Development: Design, develop, and deploy cloud resources using Terraform to ensure consistent and repeatable infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
Image Engineering: Create and maintain server "Golden Images" by leveraging Packer and Ansible for automated configuration management.
Scripting & Automation: Utilize PowerShell, Bash, and Python to automate routine cloud tasks and streamline deployment workflows.
BU Enablement: Act as a DevOps consultant for various Business Units, supporting and guiding them in the transition to Terraform-based cloud deployments.
Multi-Cloud Support: Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure components across both AWS and Azure platforms to ensure high availability and security.
Skills
Must have
- 3Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Deep expertise in Terraform for resource deployment.
- Multi-Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure platforms.
- Configuration Management: Experience using Packer and Ansible for server image development.
- Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
- DevOps Mindset: Strong understanding of automated deployment pipelines and CI/CD principles.
Nice to have
- Terraform Associate or Cloud Provider certifications (AWS Solutions Architect / Azure Administrator).
- Experience in a "POD" or Agile-based delivery team.
