IT Support Intern

Overview

Key Responsibility:-

• Provide basic IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV equipment such as video conferencing systems, IP phones, cameras, displays, and meeting room solutions.
• Support users with software, hardware, email, and connectivity issues.
• Help maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical issue resolution.
• Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of conference room setups and collaboration tools.
• Assist in LAN/Wi-Fi setup and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
• Support system updates, antivirus checks, and data backup activities.
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
• Understanding of AV technologies and conferencing solutions is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Windows OS, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced technical environment.
