Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our Technology team, based in Bangalore and supporting a Dubai-based cost center. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 11 years of relevant experience in business analysis within the banking domain, with a strong understanding of compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology and compliance projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
• Work within Agile methodologies and actively participate in DevOps-based delivery cycles.
• Support project delivery across key banking systems including Flexcube (Core Banking), SAS AML, and Cards systems.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–11 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably in banking and financial services.
• Strong domain knowledge in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
• Hands-on experience with Flexcube, SAS AML, and Cards platforms.
• Proven experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams.

Additional Information:

• Start Date: TBD (September preferred)
• Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
• Time Sheet Type: Standard (Monthly submission)
• Work Location: Bangalore, India (Offshore)
• Invoice Type: Timesheet-based

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
