Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, research-oriented, and business-aware Business Analyst to study high-potential industries, identify and qualify leads, and help position VortexWeb’s Bitrix24 CRM offerings as a revenue-enhancing and efficiency-focused platform. This role involves deep industry research, customized client profiling, and solution-aligned outreach to real estate firms, export/import businesses, logistics companies, trading houses, government vendors, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and segment business opportunities in key markets (UAE, MENA, UK, USA, India), focusing on industries with high CRM/automation potential
- Identify companies (private + government-linked) that would benefit from CRM for sales, support, listing, operations, or project workflows
- Build targeted outreach plans with industry-specific value propositions (e.g., CRM for real estate vs CRM for seafood logistics vs CRM for construction firms)
- Create use-case-driven proposals showcasing Bitrix24’s fit for lead management, internal workflows, document approvals, and ERP-lite automation
- Analyze RFPs/tenders (if government-related) and identify pre-qualification or eligibility requirements
- Work with sales and technical teams to build demo journeys, feature maps, and proof-of-concept decks
- Maintain and update lead intelligence and outreach history in CRM
- Collaborate with the CEO and sales head on go-to-market strategies for each region and vertical

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Pre-Sales Consultant, Market Researcher, or Solution Sales professional
- Exposure to CRM systems like Bitrix24, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or ERP tools
- Strong understanding of business workflows, operational pain points, and how CRMs improve efficiency
- Fluent in researching business entities, decoding websites, and identifying CXO-level contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of tailoring messages per industry/region
- Knowledge of RFPs and dealing with semi-government or public organizations is a strong plus
- Familiarity with the GCC, UK, US, and Indian business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, or similar
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Mandatory)
- Understanding of UAE government portals, public-private partnerships, or free zone processes
- Prior CRM demo delivery or proposal documentation experience
- Ability to write or oversee preparation of technical proposals for government submissions
- Working knowledge of Arabic (for MENA market outreach) or regional language advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
