ANRA Technologies, with offices in Washington DC, London, New Delhi and Estonia, is an international provider of drone operations and traffic management solutions for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operators and airspace managers. We offer intelligent Machine Learning and AI driven traffic management software capabilities for UAS Traffic Management (UTM) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams for assigned projects.
• Develop project roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives, using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Manage project deliverables and timelines, assisting in project management as needed
• Partner with Software Development and QA teams to ensure requirements are effectively implemented.
• Create and maintain project-related artifacts, such as wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support business strategy.
• Present proposed solutions, updates, and changes to key stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Leverage troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
• Utilize knowledge of IT implementation methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to facilitate smooth project execution.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in SaaS application development (minimum 3 years)
• Proficiency in Agile tools and methodologies (minimum 2 years).
• Strong skills in prioritization, organization, and task management for multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to support business strategies, improve operational capabilities, and drive technology innovation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  
  

• Knowledge or prior experience in the aviation, drone, or UAM domain.
• Familiarity with IT systems integration and APIs.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
