Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong Python knowledge to bridge business needs with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, interpret complex datasets, and develop actionable insights using Python and other analytical tools to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and challenges.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights using Python.
• Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions.
• Support decision-making through predictive and descriptive analytics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and operations.
• Prepare documentation, business requirement documents (BRDs), and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and provide performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience Required: 1-4 years
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
• Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics.
