Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Final Year Engineering or Management Student.

Experience: Fresher

Preferred target Companies: A combination of Start-up experience and Medium sized Organizations would be preferred.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product/Business Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders to provide actionable insights that guide product decisions and drive business growth. You’ll analyze data, identify trends, and help optimize user experience and product performance. You will support project governance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within our Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor the status of projects and programs across the organization.
• Prepare and maintain PMO dashboards, reports(DPR, WPR), and executive summaries (e.g., RAG status, milestones).
• Support project and program governance through meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation reporting.
• Monitor project compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and KPIs.
• Support Product Owner in formulation of the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Draft business and customer needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
