Business Intelligence Analyst

Objectives of this Role

• Work with data to solve business problems, building and maintaining the infrastructure to answer questions and improve processes
• Help streamline our data science workflows, adding value to our product offering and building out our customer lifecycle and retention models
• Work closely with the data science and business intelligence teams to develop data models and pipelines for research, reporting, and machine learning
• Be an advocate for best practices and continued learning

What You’ll Do

• Develop BI dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior and product performance
• Build and optimize data models and reporting system
• sTranslate data into actionable insights that support growth, retention, and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in BI, SQL, data modeling, ETL, and reporting tools (MicroStrategy preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical teams
• Experience in any B2C domain like Gaming, Fintech, EdTech, or E-commerce is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing reports on BI tools
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design
