Overview
Role: Cloud Engineer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Type: Contract (3 to 6 months)
Start Date: Immediate / Short notice preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute database migrations (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) to AWS
- Use AWS native and open-source tools (e.g., AWS DMS) for large-scale data migration
- Ensure minimal downtime, perform integrity checks, tuning, backups, and recovery
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve migration issues
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in cloud migration on AWS
- Expertise in Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server administration
- Strong understanding of database architecture and automation tools
- Experience with Terraform and AWS certification is a plus
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
