Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong knowledge of VM provisioning, networking, security controls, IAM, backup, and monitoring in both cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Provision, configure, and manage virtual machines in both Azure and AWS.
• 
  Manage and organize Resource Groups (Azure) and equivalent project structures (AWS).
• 
  Design and implement network infrastructures including VPCs (AWS), V-Nets (Azure), subnets, route tables, and NAT gateways.
• 
  Implement and manage IAM roles, policies, and Conditional Access in Azure AD and AWS IAM.
• 
  Manage AWS Control Tower setup and related account governance.
• 
  Apply least privilege access principles across all cloud resources and services.
• 
  Perform security hardening of cloud infrastructure following best practices.
• 
  Set up and manage site-to-site VPNs and other secure connectivity solutions.
• 
  Enable logging, monitoring, and alerting using native tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.
• 
  Administer database services including backups, performance monitoring, and access control (RDS, Azure SQL, etc.).
• 
  Implement and maintain cloud backup and disaster recovery plans.
• 
  Host and maintain web applications and services in a scalable and secure manner.
• 
  Conduct periodic reviews of cloud resource usage, performance, and security posture.
• 
  Collaborate with DevOps, security, and development teams to ensure cloud environments align with organizational needs and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 
  2+ years of hands-on experience in Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• 
  Strong knowledge of VM creation, Resource Group management, IAM, and networking.
• 
  Experience in implementing Conditional Access, Azure AD roles, and AWS IAM policies.
• 
  Working knowledge of AWS Control Tower and multi-account governance.
• 
  Familiarity with least privilege principles and zero trust security models.
• 
  Experience in monitoring, alerting, and log management.
• 
  Proficient in setting up VPNs, managing site-to-site connectivity, and securing data in transit.
• 
  Understanding of cloud cost optimization, backup solutions, and recovery strategies.
• 
  Experience with web hosting, load balancers, firewalls, and SSL/TLS management.
• 
  Good understanding of cloud-native tools and services like S3, EC2, RDS, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, etc.

  AWS Certified – Associate/Professional

Qualifications

  B Tech, BCA, MCA, M Tech or equivalent degree
