Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mainframes, servers, and other computer systems.
- Perform scheduled data backups and maintain logs of system activity & Data Analyst.
- Identify and report system malfunctions or errors; troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Prepare and manage batch processing jobs and input data.
- Ensure printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment function properly.
- Maintain records of equipment usage, maintenance, and issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues.
- Maintain system security by following company protocols.
- Assist in updating software and applying patches.
- Support staff with basic IT and computing tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
