Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
- Implement user interface components using standard Python workflows.
- Ensure the robustness and maintainability of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in client communications regarding assigned tasks via Slack, Skype, or phone.
- Estimate and track project progress using Agile methodologies.
- Prepare technical documentation, including functional specifications, flowcharts, ER diagrams, and
- Conduct developer-level testing and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Follow best practices in coding and software architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (Django, Flask, Odoo, etc.).
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS, SASS).
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
