Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Power BI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights and actionable dashboards using Power BI. You will work closely with various departments to analyze data trends, improve decision-making, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Connect and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and DAX.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards.
• Optimize data models for performance and usability.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed.
• Assist in data governance and documentation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI Service and Power BI Gateway.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Tableau, or SSRS.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and APIs.
