Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Data Analyst Trainer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, capable of teaching foundational to intermediate-level data analysis skills, and comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training in data analytics tools and concepts such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, and statistics.
• Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments based on learning objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep training content relevant and effective.
• Conduct needs assessments to customize training for diverse learner profiles.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the instructional design and data teams to improve learning materials and delivery methods.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and reports related to training sessions, attendance, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in data analytics or data science.
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau).
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training (formal or informal) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple training sessions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
