Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Data Analyst Trainer to join our team at the Nagpur branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data analysis tools, techniques, and industry practices, along with the ability to effectively train students or professionals in a structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Develop and update training materials, assignments, and real-time project case studies.
• Provide hands-on training with practical examples and live datasets.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics.
• Customize training based on learner levels (beginner to advanced).
• Guide students on capstone projects, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling, reporting, and student follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in data analytics roles
• Prior training or teaching experience is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), Power BI/Tableau
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage learners and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
• Certification in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
