• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of customer-facing experience in technical-consulting, architecture and solution-delivery of Data-solutions in Cloud-environments.
• Experience in data-platform migration/modernization (DWH/DL) to cloud platforms.
• Experience in building, orchestrating and operationalizing data pipelines.
• Experience with high-throughput, data systems and streaming technologies(Kafka, PubSub, Kinesis).
• Experience in one of these: BQ/Databricks/Redshift/Hadoop ecosystem.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Certified in Professional-Cloud Certifications.
• Experience reading code in one or more languages such as Java, Python, NodeJS, Golang and exposure to GenAI / AI Agent-based architectures in solution design.
• Experience with SQL Data Base (DBs) like (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle), NoSQL DBs like (Mongo, Cassandra, DynamoDB etc).
• Experience with types of Data Modeling Techniques for OLAP/OLTP workloads.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data and AI products.
• Experience with OSS and in BI tools.

In this role you will work with customers on critical projects to transform their business with data. You will provide consulting, solution design and technical program management capabilities to customer engagements while directing customer executives and technical stakeholders on project related decisions. You will serve as a liaison between our customers and product teams to drive product excellence and adoption. You will design, infrastructure fundamentals, and deployment strategies. You will also work closely with Google partners currently servicing accounts to manage programs, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Technical Leaders, Executives, and partners to drive implementations of cloud-based solutions, acting as their Trusted Advisor throughout engagements.
• Engage with business, partners, and customer stakeholders to define scope, set priorities, and manage deliverables, risks, and timelines for business outcomes.
• Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of cloud based databases, Big data and analytics solutions according to customer requirements and implement best practices.
• Build, orchestrate, and operationalize data pipelines across batch and streaming workloads using modern data platforms.
• Travel up to 40% of the time for client engagements as needed.
