We’re looking for a Data Engineer who can help us build reliable, scalable, and efficient data systems.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building and managing data pipelines and data infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data systems that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data is always available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Develop and optimize data models and data warehouses
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across systems
• Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, third-party tools)
• Optimize database performance and query efficiency
• Work closely with analytics and product teams to define data requirements
• Implement monitoring and alerting for data pipelines
• Maintain documentation for data architecture and workflows
• Support reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience building data pipelines using tools like Airflow, DBT, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
• Good understanding of data modeling techniques
• Experience working with large datasets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, etc.)
• Experience with real-time data streaming (Kafka, etc.)
• Knowledge of Python for data processing
• Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience working in startup environments
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices
