Overview
The role is for a Data Scientist in the core team building the PrivateBlok platform. You will use Gen AI and other machine learning algorithms to craft a robust and highly capable agentic interface. This is an exciting opportunity to build a best-in-class verticalized domain platform using LLMs and leveraging the latest in Generative AI.

- Perform research paper literature reviews and analyses.
- Perform thorough exploratory data analysis and skillful data processing and feature engineering.
- Delve deeply into the potential of Large Language Models (LLMs), specifically aiming to enhance the conversation quality of our AI agents and workflows.
- Craft, test, refine, and optimize prompts to effectively communicate with existing AI models, aiming for improved clarity, efficiency, security, and user satisfaction.
- Experiment with different techniques and methodologies, including the latest LLM frameworks and stacks.
- Develop scalable testing methods for LLMs, allowing for rigorous and systematic evaluation of different models, parameters, and techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to fine-tune and retrain commercially available open-source LLMs to meet business needs.
- Work seamlessly with the Engineering team in deploying and maintaining models.
- Monitor models and ensure robust, on-going performance in production.
- Degree in a relevant quantitative discipline (Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science, etc. ) and 3+ years of industry experience.
- Good knowledge of statistical and mathematical underpinnings of data science.
- Excellent understanding of a variety of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Applied or academic experience in language models / LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in Python and open source ML packages and ecosystem.
- Good communication skills, self-drive, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
