We’re looking for a skilled and driven Data Scientist III to support our content product teams with deep analytics and decision-making insights. This role collaborates cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, strategy, and other business units to optimize user engagement, conversion, traffic, and support the development of innovative content products.

In This Role, You Will

• Deliver actionable insights into customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve our site and app experiences for travelers worldwide.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks.
• Act as a trusted analytics advisor to cross-functional teams, offering clear communication and updates on project progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with data engineering to design and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain robust dashboards and automated reporting tools to streamline recurring analysis.
• Frame complex business problems, extract and analyze data, and present key findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and drive high-impact analytical projects from conception through execution.
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, with a passion for tackling complex business problems.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience using Python and/or PySpark for data transformation, analysis, and visualization.
• Familiar with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised models.
• Experienced in advanced analytics methods such as predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and quasi-experimental design.
• Skilled in data visualization using tools like Tableau.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with strong ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
