DevOps Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or Nomad-Consul (Nomad-Consul preferred).
• Automate recurring tasks using scripting languages (Python preferred).
• Configure and support server-side technologies such as Nginx, HAProxy, and Apache.
• Use configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on AWS.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment and delivery workflows.

Experience Requirement :

• 4-10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering roles with a strong focus on automation, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining high-availability systems and auto-scaling architectures on AWS.
• Experience in managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and traceability.
• Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Experience troubleshooting networking, DNS, firewalls, and security issues in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and managing deployments using tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Practical experience with container security, image scanning, and vulnerability management.
• Exposure to disaster recovery planning, backup automation, and high-availability failover systems.
