DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and is passionate about infrastructure, automation, and unblocking teams. As an early-stage startup, we prioritize execution and speed while ensuring stability and security. You'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges, creating seamless workflows, and working closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and Scale Cloud Infrastructure: Design and manage highly scalable cloud environments on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Automate Everything: Create and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and deployment automation.
• Enable Engineering: Work with engineers to streamline development processes, optimize build & release cycles, and remove bottlenecks.
• Ensure Reliability: Set up observability, monitoring, and alerting to track system performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for cloud security, identity access management, and compliance.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot issues, respond to incidents, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Fast Execution: Move quickly, adapt, and build high-quality solutions without unnecessary overhead.
  
  

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure Engineering, preferably in fast-moving startups.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Proven ability to build and manage pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and automate infrastructure with Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go to automate workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack).
• Understanding of IAM, secrets management, networking security, and cloud security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize performance.
• You love unblocking teams, removing inefficiencies, and driving impact with hands-on work.
