DevOps Engineer: 4+ Years Experience
We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer (Mohali | 4+ Years Experience)

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Mohali. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have solid hands-on experience with AWS, open-source tools like Grafana and Jenkins, and are confident in CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based containers, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
- Implement robust infrastructure using AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC).
- Monitor system performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.
- Write automation scripts and manage infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible.
- Work closely with development teams to streamline code deployment and ensure high system reliability.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong command of AWS ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Docker, container orchestration, and deployment strategies.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack.
- Scripting knowledge: Bash, Python, or Shell.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS)
- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization
- Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps workflows
Process of Interview
The selection of any candidate is purely dependent on their performance in the interview process. Generally, there are three stages in the interview process which are as follows.
Aptitude Test
This part of interview is the First stage where you need to perform a program practically and show the output of the same.
Technical Interview
If you score good! Next will be a panel interview with our technical team, be prepared to answer what you’ve learned so far.
