The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable software solutions, working across both front-end and back-end technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Embedded Software Developer with 2+ years of industry experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in embedded systems programming, real-time software development, and a passion for building reliable and efficient solutions.

You will be involved in the complete software development life cycle—from requirement analysis and system design to implementation, testing, and deployment—while closely collaborating with cross-functional hardware and firmware teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for microcontroller-based systems.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code in C/C++ and/or assembly.
• Develop and integrate device drivers, middleware, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to interface software with hardware components.
• Participate in board bring-up, system integration, debugging, and optimization.
• Utilize debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG for troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
• Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with RTOS or bare-metal programming.
• Solid understanding of digital electronics and microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex-M, AVR, PIC, etc.).
• Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP) and wireless modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, ZigBee).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell) for automation and testing.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools and hardware schematics.
• Experience in developing safety-critical or industrial applications.
