Job Title: AI Engineer - Manager

Experience: 8-12 years

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team dedicated to transforming banking services through advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven applications in the Banking and Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms tailored for banking applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on AI best practices.
• Optimize and enhance existing AI models for improved performance and scalability.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Document methodologies, processes, and results for knowledge sharing and compliance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SAS
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in the Banking and Insurance sector.
