We’re looking for a Freelance Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering team, focusing on hiring exceptional talent in the full-stack, including , , and other tech stacks.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with founders and team leads to define hiring needs and technical requirements.
• Conduct technical screenings, assess skill fit, and lead live technical interviews.
• Evaluate coding ability through real-time assessments and hands-on problem solving.
• Provide detailed technical feedback to hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a high-quality hiring experience end-to-end.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in startup or product-focused environments.
• Hands-on coding experience or deep technical familiarity with React.js and Node.js (bonus if you’ve worked as an engineer before).
• Ability to conduct live technical rounds and assess candidates’ coding skills in real-time.
• Strong sourcing chops: Boolean search, GitHub digging, dev community engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startup or fast-paced tech environments.
• Understanding of modern development work flow.
• Experience with offering negotiation.
