Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (Python + React) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend). You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of innovative web-based solutions, preferably with exposure to the healthcare domain and cloud technologies (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and React.js.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across browsers and devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for deployment and scaling of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Programming Languages : Python, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Frontend Frameworks : React
• Database : MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
• API Development : RESTful API, JSON, JWT Authentication.
• Version Control : Git / GitHub / GitLab.
  
  

Good-to-Have / Additional Skills

• Healthcare domain experience understanding of HIPAA compliance, HL7 / FHIR standards preferred.
• Cloud : Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, RDS).
  
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
