Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Software Engineering
• UI/UX Design with development focus
• Or a related technical field

Required Experience:

1–3 years of experience in:

• Designing and developing user interfaces for web/mobile apps
• Building responsive, interactive UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Implementing UI/UX designs into functional code
• Working with REST APIs and dynamic data
• Collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend developers

Core Responsibilities:

• Convert UI/UX designs (wireframes/mockups) into high-quality code
• Develop responsive, cross-browser-compatible frontends
• Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and accessibility
• Ensure consistent branding, layout, and interactivity across platforms
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs
• Conduct user testing and implement design improvements
• Maintain and contribute to reusable components and design systems
• Debug UI/UX bugs and cross-device inconsistencies

Tools & Tech Stack:

Frontend Development:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• React.js / Angular / Vue.js (React preferred)
• Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
• Sass/SCSS

Design Tools:

• Figma
• Adobe XD / Illustrator / Photoshop
• Zeplin / InVision (for handoff and design specs)

Version Control & Dev Tools:

• Git & GitHub
• VS Code
• Chrome DevTools
• Postman (for API testing)

Soft Skills:

• Strong eye for design + solid coding logic
• Attention to detail and usability
• Team collaboration & communication skills
• Problem-solving and debugging mindset
• Curious and always eager to learn new tech

Knowledge of UI/UX & Development Practices:

• Mobile-first and responsive design principles
• WCAG accessibility guidelines
• Performance optimization techniques
• UI componentization and code reusability
• Understanding of user behavior and user-centered design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
