Full Stack Developer

end-to-end development of web applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Participate in wireframing and prototyping sessions; work closely with designers to build user-friendly interfaces.

Develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using modern technologies such as Python, Node.js, or Java.

Build dynamic front-end applications using JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices.

Optimize applications for speed and scalability; address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve development processes.

Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in backend development with languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.

Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines.
