Full Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Lexi, a cutting-edge legal tech startup building intelligent tools to transform the legal industry.

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Build and document backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Implement and style responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS
• Integrate AI/LLM pipelines using LangChain for document processing and automation
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the stack
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles
• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks, especially FastAPI
• Experience with LangChain or other AI/LLM frameworks (preferred)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, database design, and basic DevOps concepts
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
