Overview

🚀 We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Full Stack Development (Chennai | WFO)
📍 Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage a team of Full Stack Engineers (Frontend, Backend, DevOps)
✅ Own scalable web platform architecture for defence and SaaS products
✅ Build secure systems for real-time data ingestion, dashboards, and analytics
✅ Drive sprint planning, roadmap execution, and release cycles
✅ Ensure strong engineering practices (code reviews, testing, documentation)
✅ Collaborate with embedded systems, sensors, and field deployment teams
✅ Contribute to technology roadmap (AI, autonomous systems, defence platforms)

🛠Required Skills

🔹 Strong Full Stack expertise (MERN or equivalent)
🔹 Backend: Node.js, APIs, Microservices
🔹 Frontend: React / Angular, state management
🔹 Databases: SQL + NoSQL (schema + performance optimization)
🔹 System design & scalable architecture understanding
🔹 CI/CD, Docker, Linux exposure
🔹 Strong debugging & performance optimization skills
🔹 Agile/Scrum execution & team leadership

🎓** Eligibility**

📌 Experience: 5–8 years in Full Stack Development
📌 1–2 years in team handling / module ownership
📌 Preferable exposure to SaaS, IoT, Robotics, data-heavy platforms
📌 Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, LLM workflows) is a plus
