Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React/Angular)
Location: On site (Mohali)
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Joining: As soon as possible
Job Summary:
We are hiring a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js or Angular. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on development experience and the ability to lead and mentor a team. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, as the role involves close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React or Angular.
- Lead a team of developers, manage project tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
- Design client-side and server-side architecture.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
- Build and manage APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js or Angular.
- Solid experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to lead a small development team and handle client interactions.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
