As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working across the entire Enboarder stack, adding new capabilities, features and tools to Product. This position will work closely with the product & design team to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as experience working in an agile development environment. Our Development team is based in Sydney and India.

We are looking for people in our India office with a strong background in building products and tools, comfortable with a lot of moving parts, and comfortable learning new technologies. You should be enthusiastic working with a variety of backgrounds, roles, and needs



Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new software applications from scratch
• Work with developers and other teams across the company to build new features and tools.
• Add new product features using NodeJS language.
• Write code which is micro services complaint and can be reused.
• Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.
• Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebases, infrastructure, and processes you will encounter.
• Test and debug code, Monitor and troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with experts in product, design, and operations.
• Proactive and prompt analysis and identification of functional bugs and performance issues
  
  

• Enjoy being a generalist, working on both the frontend, backend, and everything inbetween to tackle problems and delight customers.
• Thinking about tools and services, and writing high quality code.
• We write code using NodeJs, AngularJs, React and other languages like javascript, typescript, Python, shell scripts, AWS cloud services.
• We use productivity enhancement tools like copilot, cursor etc.
• Strong knowledge of Databases (either NoSql or RDBMS), DynamoDB and postgres preferred.
• Rest API development
• Unit testing of REST API and server side components on NodeJS
• Working on CI/CD pipeline.
• Server caching optimisations using memcache, etc
• Authentication mechanisms like SAML SSO, MFA, etc○
  
  

• 4+ years experience in the IT/Technology industry.
• 3+ years of experience in NodeJs
• 3+ years of experience in NoSql / RDBMS, DynamoDB and postgres preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in working on code version source control tools like Git
• Experience in SonarQube, use of copilot or similar productivity enhancement tools
• NOTE:* Hybrid work with 3 days in office.
