Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. You’ll develop modern websites and cross-platform apps — managing both front-end and back-end responsibilities. If you enjoy full ownership of projects, building impactful digital products, and working without corporate pressure, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic websites and cross-platform mobile apps from scratch.
• Work on the complete software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern JS frameworks like React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Build mobile applications using React Native with Firebase backend.
• Handle database integrations using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Use Firebase for real-time data, notifications, and authentication.
• Edit creatives as needed in Canva for websites and social media.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and SEO best practices in all builds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in web and app development (on paper).
• Expertise in:

→ React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Next.js
→ React Native, Firebase
→ PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, backend logic, and deployment.
• Familiar with version control tools like Git.
• Practical knowledge of responsive UI, code optimization, and debugging.
• Experience with testing tools and cross-browser compatibility.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
