Key Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain, and regularly update company websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build real estate-specific features like dynamic property listings, lead generation forms, and CRM integrations.

· Optimize websites for speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and performance.

· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UX/UI standards.

· Implement tracking codes (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) for performance analysis.

· Integrate APIs from real estate portals and third-party tools.

· Monitor website uptime, data security, and user feedback for ongoing improvements.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery

· Experience with back-end: PHP, MySQL (WordPress expertise is a plus)

· Familiarity with SEO practices and tools like Google Search Console

· Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and responsive design skills

· Experience in domain/hosting management

· Understanding of real estate website structures and user flows

· Experience with UI/UX design principles

· Knowledge of design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator

· Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and visual prototypes

· Understanding of accessibility and usability standards (WCAG)

Eligibility Criteria

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Web Developer in the Real Estate industry

· Good knowledge of property categorization, project display, and lead generation strategies used in real estate websites

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

· Hands-on experience in managing real estate portals or lead automation tools
