Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced GCP Data Engineer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data pipelines and cloud-native data solutions using Google Cloud Platform services. This role demands expertise in BigQuery, Dataflow, Python, SQL, and end-to-end ETL/ELT development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using GCP tools such as Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery
• Build reliable and secure data architectures that ensure data quality, performance, and governance
• Write optimized SQL and Python code for large-scale data transformation tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and build efficient data workflows
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow best practices in DevOps for data engineering
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all deployments
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring high availability and performance

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficient in BigQuery, Python, SQL, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing frameworks
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices for data workflows
• Deep understanding of data governance, security, and privacy principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Terraform, Apache Beam, or other orchestration tools
• Familiarity with data cataloging, metadata management, and access control policies
• GCP certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹559,894.67 - ₹1,242,189.04 per year
