Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and related software and hardware
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and domain services
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Implement and enforce security measures, including patch management, antivirus software.
- Support network infrastructure including switches, WiFi access points, firewalls, and VPNs
- Respond to technical support requests and resolve user issues in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Maintain access controls (Biometric devices) and Video conference devices.
- Monitor UPS health and backup.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to implement new solutions and upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a System Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Windows server and client administration
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy management
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
