Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters

Join us as a Technical Lead and shape the integration backbone of AI-powered SaaS. With 7-10 years of IT expertise — including at least 4 years in integration design & development— you will design and implement enterprise-grade integration solutions across diverse systems, platforms, and cloud environments. This role will own the integration architecture, API strategy, and ESB/iPaaS frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with critical integrations. Should be able to provide L3 Support on support tickets.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Architecture & Strategy:

• Define and own the enterprise integration architecture across APIs, ESB, and event-driven systems
• Drive API-first and domain-aligned integration strategies for internal and external consumers
• Lead migration from legacy and conventional APIs to modern B2B and REST-based integrations
• Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices (sync/async, retries, idempotency, throttling)
• Evaluate and onboard integration platforms and tools (Preffered: Workato, Apache NiFi),Mulesoft,Boomi API Gateways) with atleast 4 years hands-on experience.
  
  

• Act as the technical authority for integration design reviews and solution approvals
• Mentor and guide integration developers and engineers
• Review low-level designs, data contracts, and security models
• Drive performance, resiliency, and scalability improvements across integrations.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Customer teams.
  
  

• Design and implement complex, high-volume integrations and B2B API frameworks
• Architect API lifecycle management including versioning, deprecation, and governance
• Define security models using OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, and API throttling
• Design and govern data transformation, orchestration, and routing across systems
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability standards
  
  

• Define and enforce integration governance frameworks
• Drive CI/CD standards for integration deployments
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data privacy requirements
• Lead RCA for production incidents and define preventive controls
  
  

• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
• Ownership mindset with a bias for action and quality
  
  

• Experience: 7-10 years of total experience with at least 4 years in integration design and development.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Core Technical Expertise:
• Deep expertise in API Architecture, ESB (Integration tools) & API Management
• RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger
• OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Gateways, rate-limiting
• Strong hands-on experience with ESB / iPaaS platforms, including: Workato,Apache NiFi,(MuleSoft, Boomi, WSO2 – added advantage)
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems
• Experience with B2B integrations, bulk data processing, and large-scale migrations
• Proficiency with data formats & protocols: JSON, XML, HTTP/S, SFTP, Webhooks
• Experience with cloud-native integration architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (SQS,Kafka)
• Strong grasp of non-functional requirements: performance, resiliency, fault tolerance, and security.
  
  

• Experience leading multi-million record migrations or high-volume integrations
• Exposure to SaaS enterprise products and customer-facing integrations
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, procurement, or ERP ecosystems
• Prior experience working with global customers and partners
