You Will Be Responsible For:

• App Development: Designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Product Innovation: Working closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate visionary ideas into clean, elegant code.
• Performance Optimization: Ensuring top-tier app performance, responsiveness, and reliability across a range of Apple devices.
• Feature Ownership: Taking full ownership of features — from concept to deployment — with accountability for quality and timelines.
• Agile Collaboration: Operating in a fast-paced, agile environment where ideas move from sketch to screen in days, not weeks.
• Tech Leadership: Bringing new tools, frameworks, and architecture decisions to the table and driving engineering excellence.

This Role Is For You If:

• You have 3–5+ years of iOS development experience and a strong command of Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode.
• You’ve published apps on the App Store or worked on enterprise-scale mobile products.
• You have a deep understanding of Apple’s design principles, interface guidelines, and mobile app lifecycle.
• You thrive in a fast-moving startup or product-driven environment.
• You want to work remotely — but collaboratively — with people who expect your best and bring theirs every day.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Combine, Core Data, or CloudKit
• A passion for great UI/UX and user-first development
• Familiarity with backend APIs, RESTful services, and Firebase or AWS integrations
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading app projects
