Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to oversee IT infrastructure, system administration, cybersecurity, data migration, and enterprise-level project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows server environments, network infrastructure, data centre operations, compliance management, and IT procurement, along with experience in leading teams and managing critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete IT operations, infrastructure strategy, and procurement processes.
• Administer and manage Windows Servers, virtual environments, and enterprise applications.
• Lead and execute secure data migration and backup projects with minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
• Manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, servers, and endpoint devices.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, patch management, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Handle API integrations, troubleshooting, and enterprise application support.
• Manage IoT device implementations, including controllers, biometric systems, and servers.
• Oversee data centre operations, ensuring high availability and uptime (99.9%+ SLA).
• Lead vendor negotiations, AMC management, and IT budget planning.
• Respond to critical incidents and alerts to maintain business continuity.
• Deploy and manage endpoints (Windows 11, Office 365, Linux, Mac).
• Drive automation initiatives using tools like Ansible and other RPA platforms.
• Support CCTV backup systems, access control systems, and secure infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align IT systems with business objectives.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or enterprise IT operations.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, virtualisation (Hyper-V/VM), and SQL environments.
