- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues and keeping our office network humming.
- Being a go-to expert for all things tech, compliance, and IT process.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT/System Administration (enterprise/SaaS experience is a plus! ).
- Proficient with multi-OS environments (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Solid understanding of cloud tools.
