What You'll Do at Pega:
The IT Asset Analyst is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement coordination, inventory tracking, vendor engagement, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. The role demands strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Software License Management
- Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- SEZ Compliance
- Invoice/Payment processing
- End-of-Life and Disposal
- Reporting & Documentation
Who You Are:
- Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ITIL Knowledge is preferable
- Experience working with internal & global teams and stakeholders to align business goals with implementation results
- Extremely driven and versatile – works with little direction and the appropriate sense of urgency
What You've Accomplished:
- 4-5 years of experience in IT asset management, procurement operations, Vendor and contract management
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Very good knowledge on ITAM tools and enterprise asset tracking systems
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI, SailPoint, or Ariba are a plus
