Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Asset Executive to manage and maintain the company’s IT asset inventory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with asset management tools and demonstrate strong coordination skills with vendors to ensure smooth procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update IT asset inventory across all locations.
• Use asset management tools to track the lifecycle of hardware and software assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, delivery, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of IT assets and generate detailed reports.
• Manage asset allocation, deallocation, and disposal processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for IT assets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
• Proficient in using IT asset management tools/software.
• Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
