IT Asset Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the complete IT asset inventory — including laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, servers, and software licenses.
• Oversee and coordinate the IMAC process (Install, Move, Add, Change) for IT assets across all locations.
• Ensure all assets are properly tagged, recorded, and tracked in the asset management system.
• Maintain up-to-date records of asset allocation, ownership, and movement between departments or users.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for new asset receipt and dispatch.
• Perform regular physical verification and reconciliation of asset inventory.
• Manage IT asset issuance and recovery during employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Maintain documentation and generate periodic reports on asset utilization, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.
• Support compliance with internal IT asset policies, software licensing, and audit requirements.
• Assist in asset forecasting, procurement planning, and lifecycle management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
