Profiles
- Design, install, and maintain companies’ computer hardware systems
- OS Installations, Software Installations
- Configure and optimize network systems for performance and security.
- Establishing a working relationship with a traditional Internet Service Provider
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues promptly.
- Perform regular hardware and network audits and upgrades.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures related to hardware and networks.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance system performance and security.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Hardware Engineer or Network Engineer.(minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, network systems, and protocols.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
