Responsibilities
List of Activities
Analyze, design, develop, test and implement new or changed Human Capital business processes, considering the existing environment and process landscape.
Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs.
Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements.
Close collaboration with team members, Global IT & Digitalization as well as internal customers.
Support key user and user on daily activities.
Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improvement.
Responsible for global team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc.

Professional Expertise
Relevant 3+ years of professional experience in Human Capital related software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or Workday)
Proficient in configuration & customization, managing change requests etc.
Basic knowledge of Human Capital processes and operations
Preferably completed a technical or IT related education
Experience in SAP HCM is an advantage
Testing and debugging skills are an added advantage
Understanding of databases, data migration and interfaces is an advantage
Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework
