Overview
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers and support staff.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that support the company's business objectives.
- Manage the IT resources and allocat them to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Should have involved in ISO/SOC audit process.
- Must have experience with INFOSEC tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Certification in IT Infra and Securities.
- Overall 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a IT company.
- 3+ years of experience in IT company as a Manager or higher position.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux and MAC OS knowledge, network infrastructure, ITSM tools and security practices.
- Experience with virtualization technology.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task simultaneously.
- Certification in relevant technology areas (, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) is a plus
