IT Manager (Software & Hardware Expertise)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including both software and hardware operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless functioning of systems, provide tech support across departments, and implement best IT practices. Candidates must be willing to join immediately and travel to other office locations if needed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).

Monitor and troubleshoot hardware issues – desktops, laptops, printers, routers, etc.

Oversee software installations, updates, and licenses.

Implement and enforce data security protocols and backup strategies.

Provide technical support and training to internal teams.

Coordinate with external vendors for equipment purchases and servicing.

Ensure smooth functioning of email, cloud storage, and internal communication tools.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Support in setting up IT systems for new employees.

Ensure minimal downtime and immediate resolution of critical issues.

Be available to travel to other offices or event locations, when required.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or similar.

Experience working in a multi-location or startup environment.
